We are open for orders 24 hours, 7 days a week! I work from home and work at all different times of the day. All my timeframes are for business days.

I am only an email away!
I work from home and work all different hours of the day. Because of this, it makes it hard to answer the phone with a very active boy playing in the background! So it is easier for me to answer an email then to be on the phone. All phone calls are directed to an answering machine. Please email me also.
How to order:
Orders can be placed on the product pages, place your card details in the "personalized information" box with any changes to the card.
Sending your Pictures:
You will email your unedited photos after you check out. Send them as attachments. I can not take online photo albums. These pictures are optimized for the web and are not the right quality. If you are sending scans please scan them at 300dpis and send them uncropped. If you would like them b/w please state that in your email and I will do that for you. If you pictures are blurry or grainy then your photo card picture will turn out the same way. Please do not send more then 2 extra pictures, it's best if you pick the pictures. If you would like them in a certain order please send a list of file names.
Turnaround:
This will help you figure out how long your order will take. Time does not start until I have all the card details and photos

Revised Proof: 1 business day
*Lab:
4x6 photo cards: 1-2 business days
5x7 photo cards and press printed cards: 5 business days
*Mounting:
1-2 business days
