Due to a very busy schedule and the time needed to devote our full attention to orders, it is difficult to answer our phone on every call. Because of our attention to yours and other customers' orders, it is easier to reach us through email or by leaving a message on the phone.

How to order:
Orders can be placed on the product pages. Just place your card details in the "personalized information" box with any changes to the card.

Sending your pictures:
You will upload your unedited photos after you check out using our upload service. We cannot take online photo album pictures. These pictures are optimized for the web and are not the best quality for printed product. If you are sending scans please scan them at 300 dpi (dots per inch) and send them uncropped. If you would like them black & white please state that when you upload. If your pictures are blurry or grainy then your photo card picture will turn out the same way. Please do not send more than two extra pictures and it is best if you pick the pictures that you would like to use. If you would like them in a certain order please send a list of file names.

Turnaround:
This will help you figure out how long your order will take. Time does not start until we have all the card details and photos.
