Labor Day Weekend: Shipping Delays

1. HOW DO I ORDER? TOP
All you have to do is decide which card design will work for your needs. If you see a wedding card that you like but want to change it to a birthday card, then we can do that! So make sure you check all the categories for designs! This is YOUR custom card!!
Then decide which paper option you would like. There is a link in the top brown navigation bar.
After check-out you will upload your unedited photos. I have a Wording Idea link to help out.
I do touch ups on all photos that need them. This includes color enhancement, removal of objects in back ground, red eye, etc. If you would like your photo to be black/white please let me know.
14. HOW DO I SEND MY PICTURES? TOP
After check-out, you will be re-direct to the upload page. If you are not re-directed, then the link will be in your "Thank you for your purchase" email. I will do all photo editing to the pictures.
3. I PAID FOR MY CARDS. NOW WHAT DO I DO? TOP
The next step would be to upload your picture(s)in a .jpg
or .bmp file.
Your picture needs to be original, unedited, full resolution. This helps me get
the best quality card for you.
4. CAN I CHANGE THE COLOR, FONT, SIZE? TOP

let me know when you send your photo and card details
5. HOW LONG BEFORE I GET THE PROOF/MAILED? TOP
Proof: within 1-2 business days you will receive your first proof. If you do not
receive within that time frame, please check your spam/junk email folder. If
it’s not there then email me. Photo Card Lab:
4x6 matte and glossy: 1-2 business days
4x6 metallic: 5 business days
5x7 matte/glossy/metallic: 5 business days
CardStock Cards: This is for press printed and 5x7 photo card sets. After approved proof, these take 5 business days for PhotoCardDesigns to receive them. Mounting: 1-2 business days for every 25 mounts
Mailing: 1-2 business day after photo cards are picked up from lab. *Saturdays is a family day, if I happen to be by the lab/post office then I will pick up or mail BUT I will not make a special trip on this day.
6. CAN I CHANGE ANYTHING ON MY PROOF? TOP
Yes! This is your custom card! If you want something changed
then email me back and I will change it for you. I will not send it to the lab
until you are 100% happy with it! This is for orders over 20.
7. HOW ARE MY CARDS SHIPPED? TOP
I ship cards priority in a priority envelope/box. Your cards are very important and I want them to be safe and arrive fast! Priority shipping is 2-3 days! I do offer express if you need them faster. Insurance is also offered. i highly recommend getting it, as I'm not responisible for lost packages
8. CAN I USE PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS? TOP
The only way that you can use professional photos is with a
release from the photographer. By submitting them to me you take full responsibility for the copyrights of the photo.
9. IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER? TOP
Yes, 15 cards is the minimum per design. I will not do custom work on the cards for orders less then 20. This includes changing the colors/# of photos, etc.
10. CAN I CHANGE A WEDDING CARD TO A BIRTHDAY CARD? TOP
Yes! All the cards are interchangable! If you like a wedding card but would like to turn it into a Birthday Card, then we can do that! Check out with the wedding design and we will make it your birthday card!
11. CAN I GET A GLOSSY FINISH INSTEAD OF MATTE? TOP
Yes you can! At no extra charge! Just let me know!
12. I CAN'T DECIDE WHICH PHOTO, CAN I SEND YOU EXTRA ONES? TOP
YES! You can send me 2 or 3 extra! PLEASE DO NOT send me 10 extra photos!
13. I CANT DECIDE ON A DESIGN, CAN I SEE MORE THEN ONE? TOP
Please pick one design! Once you decide on one then you will have unlimited proofs. If you are set on seeing more then 1, then there will be a $10 fee per new design.
